Upper Delaware River Fly fishing Guide and instructor, Ben Rinker and his wife Cindy are pleased to invite you to our home on the East Branch of the Delaware river.

Located in the town of Hancock just 2 miles from town center this historic riverfront farmhouse on 8 acres provides a warm, down home country feel. East Branch river views from each of our five rooms offer our guests the beauty of the Catskills and the quiet and peaceful serenity of the pristine river.

Private access to the East Branch of the Delaware is just a few steps away. Superb early and late season wild rainbow and brown trout fishing with abundant hatches and summer smallmouth bass bring our angling guests the pleasures of an historic Catskill fly fishing experience. The house, built in 1863 is accented by a knotty pine living room and diverse library. Each of our rooms offers a quiet, peaceful, modestly set decor with that special woman's touch. Our cozy eat-in kitchen with a large window brings the great outdoors into your morning. It is a common occurrence to see multiple Bald Eagles effortlessly gliding up the river valley during a sit-down at the common table.
